Dave and Jan's travels:
Alaskan wildlife

It's not just that we have seen so much, but that it's been like looking through a window into their living room. We have seen them going about their everyday business, doing what they do to stay alive, and it has been a real privilege.  This feeling was strongest in Denali and in Glacier Bay.  To see a fox burying the ground squirrel it had just caught, to see bears playing together and to see humpback whales surface, breathe and then dive deeply in their pod truly took my breath away.  Sounds cliched I am sure, but there it is.
