Dave and Jan's travels: Fern Canyon

 

Redwood National Park. Fern Canyon is about seventy feet deep, one hundred feet wide and about two miles long. It's usually foggy, always moist, and the walls are permanently festooned with ferns. It's a green fairy paradise.
